Disclosure and agreement

Gomez Financial will prepare your tax return expeditiously; in return you agree to pay by deducting the fee from your return. No money from you upfront. If you desire a different method of payment, you agree to describe such desire in the message section of this email. A representative will contact you for further processing.

You agree to review your tax return (within two calendar days) and to notify Gomez Financial of any discrepancies. Gomez Financial representatives will correct the discrepancies prior to submitting your return electronically to the IRS (and state where applicable).

You agree to the delivery method selected as the final delivery of your copy of the return. If home delivery is chosen, you agree to pay an additional nominal delivery charge as disclosed.

If you choose home delivery of your prepared tax documents, you agree that Gomez Financial may choose to delivery by US postal mail where the fee may be lower.
